Photos 11th Ave building

2013 - Our tenant painted the front of the 11th Avenue building pink in order to attract walk-by traffic on Main Street.

July 2014 - East wall.  It had been hidden for decades, but was open again after the building at the corner of 11th and Main was demolished.  There was some damage to the east wall done by the demolition, but this was subsequently repaired.  The damage is under the last window on the right.

This is the east wall in October 2014, damage repaired.

This is the east wall in November 2011, after rotten portions of the sill plate and wall were removed.

Jan 2, 2015.  The old foundation was in places lower than the sidewalk, because the City of Vancouver replaced the sidewalk some time ago.  Work was done to increase the height of the foundation and remove and replace rot.

Jan 5, 2015.  The sidewalk was much higher than the old foundation at the SE corner of the building, so the foundation was increased in height, and all rot removed and replaced.
